“Spirituality is the discovery of the fundamental connection that exists between us and God—a connection that then properly aligns us to others, the world and our deepest self. Love is the welcome that tells us….we truly belong, the assurance that we have at last found our place.”
David G. Benner, Surrender to Love, p. 17.
Faith and hope are two solid companions to lead and guide us through life and its many trials.
Loving God, helping others and serving the world
Does this describe you?
Do you ever feel like you’re doing things “for” God instead of “with” God? Are you striving, not abiding?
Does your Christian walk ever seem like a big to-do list rather than a thriving relationship with God and others?
Are you trying to help people or engage in discipleship or prayer ministry, but haven’t found it transformational?
Do you just know that there’s something more to Christianity, and you’d do anything to find it?

Shalom for my body
This technique helps to regulate and train the brain to go into and come out of difficult emotions and back to joy, peace and attachment. As you do this over and over, your relational “brain” grows and develops, giving you better capacity to stay connected with God and others in difficult emotions, and to regulate difficult emotions within yourself without resulting in addictions, cravings and the like.
